"⭐ 1 Star Review Absolutely disappointed with Skyline Bajaj Service Center, A-2, A Block, Sector 8, Noida. I gave my Avenger 220 Cruise for servicing on 25th October 2025, and they damaged the meter wiring during service. Even after wasting two full days and making multiple complaints, the issue was not fixed. Incredibly, the mechanic finally told me to get it repaired from an outside shop — imagine, an authorized Bajaj service center damaging your bike and then refusing to take responsibility! I had no option but to go to a local mechanic, who turned out to be a scammer and charged me ₹800 to fix what their team had broken. This was one of the most unprofessional and frustrating service experiences I’ve ever had. I expected much better from an authorized Bajaj service center. Please think twice before trusting them with your vehicle."

Despite entrusting my bike to your service center for engine repair, I am dismayed to report that not only was I charged a substantial amount of 25000 for the repairs, but the issue of oil leakage persists. I must emphasize the frustration and inconvenience this has caused me. As a customer, I expected thorough and effective repair work for the amount I paid. However, the fact that the problem remains unresolved indicates a lack of competence and attention to detail on the part of your technicians. Furthermore, the discrepancy between the service provided and the charges levied is utterly unacceptable. "Skyline Bajaj provides very bad service. While working on my bike, they broke the meter glass and said that it was already broken and one of their mechanics worked on my bike after drinking. There staff used very bad languages."

"Worst service center! Took 5 days just to identify the issue. Instead of repairing, they push for replacing parts. Quoted ₹15,000 for a simple electrical problem on my Avenger 160. I pulled my bike out yesterday. Given to outside mechanic, it took 4 hours to identify and resolve the issue and charged less than 2k. What we think is : outside mechanic loot us.. but here service center itself looting their own customers."
